Frequently asked
How do we get started?
Reach out by email and tell me about what you're working on. I'll follow up with a short call to understand the scope and we go from there.
How long does a project take?
Smaller projects (playbooks, audits, system builds) typically run 2–6 weeks. Software implementations vary. Fractional engagements run month-to-month.
What industries do you work with?
My background is fintech and crypto, but broken systems exist everywhere. I've worked with engineering firms, healthcare companies, and small businesses. Industry doesn't matter.
What do you need from us?
Access to the right people and tools, and a willingness to implement what we build. The biggest predictor of success is internal buy-in, not budget.
What's included in a typical engagement?
Most engagements include a discovery phase, a clear work plan, regular check-ins, and a handoff document so your team can maintain what we build. Nothing gets abandoned.
Can you work with a solo founder?
Absolutely. Some of my most impactful work has been with two-person teams who needed to operate like a much bigger company. Early infrastructure is where I add the most value.
Do you work remotely?
Yes — fully remote. Based in Mt. Pleasant, SC, working with clients across the country. Everything from discovery to delivery happens virtually.
What if we don't know what we need?
That's the most common starting point. Reach out anyway — half the value I bring is helping you figure out what to prioritize. You don't need a perfectly scoped brief.
A note on pricing
Every engagement is different, so pricing is based on scope and timeline. Whether you need a one-time project or ongoing support, reach out and we'll figure out what makes sense. No surprises — scope, deliverables, and cost are agreed on before anything starts.
